Welcome and thank you for visiting the UNC Pharmacy Alumni Association website. Here you will find more information about the PAA, what it supports, alumni events, fundraising efforts and how to stay connected.

As a member, you are supporting the PAA’s efforts to keep alumni, friends and students of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy involved, connected and up-to-date on the latest news.

The PAA hosts several events throughout the year and is a great way to stay connected with fellow alumni. The annual golf tournament brings 80-120 golfers to Chapel Hill for a day of friendly competition and raises thousands of dollars each year to support student scholarships. The annual fall reunion brings back 250-300 alumni and friends and family of the School for a day of barbecue and UNC football.

With the generous help of the Pharmacy Foundation of North Carolina, we are able to host a reception at the ASHP Mid-year Clinical meeting which draws more than 300 alumni, students, faculty and friends together. We host the 50plus Club Reunion, which brings back our alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago.

The PAA also raises funds to support students at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. In addition to scholarship support, the Association supports activities for professional students throughout the year, including orientation events, a leadership dinner, etiquette dinner, white coat ceremony and awards banquet, to name a few.
